Do I have to buy anything to look at the pictures?
No. However, you must be logged on to add images to the shopping cart.
How do I get to see the pictures?
On the home page select a category (Sports, School Events, Portraits, Weddings, etc.) Then click on the name or event you're looking for. If you have registered you will be able to save images to a special "Favorites" file for later viewing and comparison.
How do I find my event?,
There are several general categories (Sports Action, LHSAA State Championships and All Star Games, Graduations, Ring Nights and School Year End Events, Proms, Dances and School Events, Portraits, Special Events, Seniors, Events at LSU, and Weddings). The events are listed under the most likely category. All non-LHSAA championship sports events from youth teams to colleges are listed under "Sports Action". Business and Families are listed under "Portraits". The other categories are pretty much self explanatory with "Special Events" the place to check for everything else.
Why do some action shots look blurred or out of focus?
Because so many of the events we cover have special meaning rather than cull out the blurred/out of focus images that occur often when photographing action, particularly in low light situations that often exist in athletic venues, we show them because in some instances a less than perfect image is better than none at all. These images will not improve in quality when printed and should not be ordered in larger sizes.
How do I know exactly what I ordered?
You will have several opportunities to see exactly what images, what sizes, and what quantities you selected and can make adjustments at any time. After you have completed your payment you will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to view your order - complete with a thumbnail image of each photo - at any time.
How do I pay for my order?
The preferred method of payment is credit card. Flashpixphoto.com owns an SSL license as a secure site. All credit card orders are processed through the internet clearinghouse, USAEPay. Flashpixphoto.com has no access to your credit card information and no knowledge of a transaction until after it is completed.
What about REFUNDS?
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your order contact us by telephone (1-888 FLASHPX), fax (1-225-752 1855), or email, email@example.com within seven days of the mailing date to make us aware of the problem. If we cannot get it resolved to your satisfaction a full refund will be made upon return of the entire order.
Your personal information will not be rented, sold, or leased. We will occasionally contact you about special promotions or discounts available. We will remove your name from our mailing list if you contact us to do so.
I want to order pictures from previous seasons but I can't add them to the shopping cart. What should I do?
To view events prior to February 1, 2007 please click on "Archives". The images are listed by year then category then event. We are unable to offer the convenience of a shopping cart for these images. For prices and to place your order please call us at 1-225- 752 1858 or, toll free, at 1-225 - 352 7479 . Please have the image numbers available when calling. The minimum order for an "Archives" image is $25 plus tax and shipping. Payment is by credit card Thank you for your business.
I don't find what I'm looking for in "Archives"
We have literally thousands of images dating back to the 1960s which were captured on negatives and were never available via internet. Please call us at 1-225- 752 1858 or, tollfree, at 1-888- 352 7479 or e-mail us at "firstname.lastname@example.org" with your request. The minimum order for an image scanned from a negative is $40 plus tax and shipping.
Why can't I see my buddy's wedding pictures?
At our clients' request certain events, such as weddings, may only be viewed after using a a special access code. Usually the bride and groom and their families will make that code available.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. One common mishap is having the caps lock key engaged when logging on when either caps and lower case or all lower case letters were used to create the account.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account. Remember registering is a one time thing.
